The Girls for Change Organization (GFC) is a women-led non-for-profit, a social impact imitative, and a non-governmental Civil society organization aimed at empowering women, youth, and children. Our focus is to advocate for the rights of women and children, abandoned girls, and less and underprivileged dropout high school Teenage mothers through Scholarships, after-school programs, sports, Training, and psychosocial supports through community and national level sensitization initiatives on gender issues.
The Girls for Change Organization (GFC) was established in 2013 and registered as a non-governmental organization in 2015.
The end goal of our implementation is to promote women empowerment through a supportive income generation through Village Savings and Loans Associations, agriculture, and other innovative livelihood programs to ensure that girl students have equal access to basic learning material and financial aid to strengthen self-esteem, and build their productivity, confidence, interdependence, and leadership for national development.

OUR MISSION
Girls for Change empowers marginalized women and girls, especially teen mothers and their children, to acquire equal opportunities, access to quality services, protection against sexual and all forms of violence and conflicts- creating a fairer world for all children and women.
